Vacancy Order-entry

As an order entry clerk, you will be processing transport orders on a daily basis. You are the link between the customer and the dispatch department. A truly versatile position!

Your duties:

- You are responsible for correctly processing/entering transport orders;
- You are the first point of contact at the driver desk for the drivers who come to load and unload;
- You instruct drivers on the correct location and handle the corresponding freight documents;
- You scan freight documents on a daily basis;
- You provide customers and drivers with a friendly customer experience;
- You will answer the phone, answer questions or make referrals;
- Other counter duties such as receiving visitors;

What do we ask of you?

- Experience in the transport industry;
- A good command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing;
- Good communication skills and the ability to switch effectively between different departments;
- Accurate and well organised with an eye for detail;
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office programmes and TMS;
- Stress resistance and flexibility;
- MBO 3 working and thinking level;
